Raise Awareness and Appreciation of Rural Skills, Culture and Heritage
Work Package Lead : Ille-et-Vilaine
4.1 CREATE NETWORKING STRATEGY:
This Action provides the foundations for partners to constructtheir local, regional & transnational rural culture & heritage skills networks. It includes listing clients & organisations, providing information on work/volunteering opportunities. Social media will be used as a tool to assist networking processes, particularly at transnational levels.
4.2 ORGANISE & ESTABLISH CULTURE & HERITAGE SAFEGUARDING NETWORKS:
This action implements pilots to test different concepts for the networks & arrangements, e.g. online databases linked to social media, with information on training/work options, sites for work or experiences. Partners will actively approach potential members of the networks, host open days to attract members to their network & use social media tools to attract young people.
4.3 EVALUATE NETWORKING INITIATIVES:
This Action will continuously monitor the test-arrangements and pilots and make a transnational comparison based on a jointly agreed set of criteria, with the Work Package leader collating these reports and leading partners in workshops & discussions to improve the networks & set up systems for them to continue beyond the project period.
